Hazrat Fatima Zahra (SA)

This is according to an article by Maryam Falahati, written the martyrdom anniversary of the great lady, which is as follows:

Hazrat Zahra (SA), the daughter of the Holy Prophet (PBUH) and the wife of Amir al-Mu’minin Ali (AS), is a multidimensional figure in the history of Islam; a personality who is considered a perfect model of conscious faith and divine responsibility in the spiritual, family, social, and cultural spheres.

Amidst the pages of history, the name of Fatima Zahra (SA) shines with light and knowledge. Her short but fruitful life depicts a deep connection between the service of God, wisdom, and the pursuit of justice. In a time of great change, she stood in defense of divine truth and values with a clear vision and firm faith. Understanding the various dimensions of the personality of that great lady is an opportunity to reinterpret eternal concepts such as faith, family, justice, and social responsibility.

She was raised in the house of revelation; a house where the voices of angels resonated. For her, worship was not an outward act, but the deepest form of presence in the presence of God. In her nightly prayers, before praying for herself, she would remember others; a clear image of a soul that has transcended itself and shares in the suffering of the Ummah. This dimension of her personality invites today’s man to rebuild his relationship with spirituality; to a conscious worship that is a source of peace and a force for change in life.

A small house with a big world

As a daughter, wife, and mother, Hazrat Zahra (SA) was the standard of love, respect, and morality. Her simple home in Medina was considered a school of love and faith. Her behavior towards her husband was full of empathy and cooperation, and in raising her children, with love and wise dialogue, she cultivated the spirit of faith and freedom in them. In a world where the concept of family sometimes fades in the shadow of haste and competition, the family life of Hazrat Zahra (SA) can be a beacon for returning to genuine human and divine values.

In addition to worship and family life, Hazrat Zahra (SA) felt responsible for the needy and oppressed. Her view of humanity was divine and justice-oriented; therefore, she considered helping the deprived not a favor, but a duty. This social presence arose from a faith that found meaning in serving humanity and teaches us that true religiosity is tied to a concern for justice and social responsibility.

The voice of awareness and dignity of Muslim women

Hazrat Zahra (SA) was a pioneer in the cultural dimension in explaining the position of women in Islamic society. She showed that the dignity of women is understood in awareness, virtue and playing a responsible role, not in isolation from society. By raising children such as Hassan (AS), Hussein (AS) and Zaynab (SA), she raised a generation that became teachers of the school of humanity. Her educational and cultural teachings continue to pave the way for societies that are searching for a balance between religion, identity and progress.
